The BOHEMA Residence
The BOHEMA Residence is a historic, oldest facility located in the center of the picturesque Szczawno-Zdrój health resort.
Built in 1842 as the Spa Salon, it was the center of the spa’s social and cultural life. Before World War II it was a hotel, after the end of the Second World War, a dance venue and restaurant. In the 1960s it was transformed into the BIAŁA SALA Kuracjusz Club.
Currently, the BOHEMA Residence returns to the best hotel and gastronomic traditions.
Situated in the Zdrojowy Park, in the vicinity of the historic water pump room, walking hall and the Spa Theater, it offers guests atmospheric premium class apartments and a stylish restaurant serving excellent dishes.
It is a unique place for a wedding, corporate event, business meeting or cultural event.

In our restaurant, dishes are prepared with the best ingredients based on the seasons, so that each dish is an unforgettable and delicious experience. Polish flavors and traditions are closest to our hearts, but we draw inspiration from cuisines all over the world. We believe that our passion for cooking will make our guests as happy as we do.
Weddings and events
The ballroom of the BOHEMA Residence is a beautiful and atmospheric place for any occasion. A large area, beautiful 8-meter high windows, through which you can see the spa park and the mass of daylight shining through them, will make each event organized here unique.
We offer various configurations of tables, both round and rectangular, for 150 people.
Apartments
The BOHEMA Residence offers you 9 atmospheric 2-person apartments equipped in a modern and functional way, ensuring comfort and convenience. The view from the windows of the spa park or the walking passage allows you to surrender to the atmosphere of the spa, calm down and relax.
Each apartment has a comfortable bed with a high mattress, anti-allergic cover, duvet, a set of pillows and soft satin bedding to ensure a peaceful and healthy sleep.
High soundproofing of the rooms is a great advantage of this facility, giving a sense of privacy.
